- K.O.Z Tax Breaks-*Allows tenants of the property to take advantage of the tax breaks affiliated with this, such as no sales tax on major purchases for the rented apartment. State Income Tax and Wage Tax exempt. (This means more money in your pocket!!!) *Some rules and regulations may apply. Please contact your accountant for more information.
- Eligibility is based on the following:
- Credit Checks
- Employment Verification
- 2 Month Security
- Signed Lease
- The tenant must provide, upon request, proof of employment.
- All occupants living in the apartment must be listed on the lease before moving into the apartment.
- Only the person who signed the lease, and any individual added onto the lease, may occupy the apartment.
- Changes in occupancy must be immediately reported in writing to LANDLORD.
- Landlord is responsible for parking lot maintenance, lawn maintenance, utilities such as water, sewer, and common electric.
- Tenant is responsible for Electric, Heat, Cable, and Phone. (Satellite dishes and/or antennas are not permitted.)
- Parking & Permits:
- Tenant is responsible for proper driving and parking along with his or her family and visitors.
- Permanent stickers will be available at the Community building.
